What is cyber security?

Cyber security is the security which protects networks, computers, programs and data from external treats, damage or unauthorized access. 

Why is it important?

     Military,corporations,Hospitals , Companies and other businesses have confidential informations which always in danger.The hackers can hack their computer and steal the personal or other vital informations./Because of it there is Cyber Security!

   Nowadays there are Cyber wars between countries which eclipsing the terrorism

Cyber security glossary of terms

Firewall- This is hardware or software that focuses to prevent unauthorised access to a computer or network from another computer or network

Intrusion detections system(IDS)- Program or device used to detect that an attacker has attempted unauthorised access to computer resources

Screen Scraper- A virus or physical device that looks information sent to a visual display to capture private or personal information 

Intrusion prevention system(IPS) - IPS like as IDS but it blocks unauthorised access when detected 

Brute-forcing- Is na attack type that attempts to hack your email addresses (gmail, rambler s.o) and steal your confidential informations
